We serve quality food such as premium wet food and super premium biscuits such as the Science Diet, also cooked beef or cooked chicken recipes, rice and vegetables recipes as well as steamed chicken breast and tasty treats like chicken wings. Many brands of cat and dog food including dry bikkies and tinned foods are available. Of course, the dogs also enjoy raw bones and smoked bones. boneless Hoki boneless fish fillets are also available, either raw or cooked in a stew. At the time of booking let us know any special dietary needs.
We have 17 acres of bushland with many different species of animals such as wallabies and we have a wonderful bushland setting. We are conveniently located on the Great Western Highway for easy drop off and pickup.
Comfy wide windowsills give the cats a view of chickens and ducks and the abundant bird life. The cats have a luxurious TV room with quality fittings including comfy arm chairs, a play tunnel and sunny wide windowsills. The cats all have individual or family suites and we don't mix cats together. The dogs will be able to play with other compatible dogs and get a chance to improve their social skills. We have 4 play areas for the dogs including one play area for digging.
During peak periods such as Christmas and easter and school holidays and long weekends a minimum booking applies.There is a minimum 7 night stay for all pets over the Christmas period.
At Christmas a surcharge applies.There is an extra charge at Christmas as it is a peak period. For large families or long term booking please ask for a special price.

We give dogs a complimentary bath, hand dry and brush (Minimum stay 7 nights). Please ask about and book in for this service. Our prices include play time, complimentary services (ask about these) and walks for the dogs. Should you have a really active dog we are able to provide bush walks.

For out of hours service a fee applies. Please discuss the fee with us. You can inspect at any time during these hours and we have an open door policy.
Please note, we are closed each year from the 25th to the 28th December as well as Easter Friday and Easter Sunday for dropping off or picking up pets.We're closed on public holidays including New Years Day.
At this facility animals are not accepted for boarding within two weeks of the vaccination being administered.
Dogs have a minimum of C5 and cats F3. Please follow your vet's guidelines and recommendations.
